Have 3 of these for Farrell cats all use them if it’s cold
Our cats love these and have been comfortable and warm in winter for a few years now!
The little kitties and their Mom loved it. It gave them heated shelter in winter and the double exits made it easy to enter and they can't get trapped inside by other animals. Durable, holds up under snow and winds.
This little shelter has been a great investment for the stray kitties that frequent our property.
Got this to offer shelter to a feral cat that hangs out in the 'hood and thus far am pleased with its sturdiness and overall design. I did leave one of the doors off so the kitty does not feel trapped. It has not really rained since I purchased the house so I am not sure about the water resistance, which is why I gave it four stars. I will report back if it exceeds my expectations. Also bought the "Furhaven Pet Bed for Dogs and Cats," which is a self-warming thermal cushion--to put inside the shelter. (Also bought one for my spoiled cat and he heartily approves.) While I had to fold the cushion in half to fit inside the shelter, I think it is enticing to the feral kitty. Good product, nice alternative to being out in the cold. And quick to put together! That is important for me because I have no skill whatsoever in building things.
